If it’s your first time, begin with half a scoop for the first 1–2 days. Plant proteins naturally have fibre and plant compounds that tends to slow digestion. So starting with half a scoop the first few days is a good way to ease into it, after which you can move to a full scoop.

Is this tested for safety?

Plant protein naturally tastes different than whey protein. They tend to be more textured and grainy. Because we don’t use artificial flavours, natural flavours, gums, thickeners, etc. it is not going to taste like dessert. The taste is straightforward and may take a little time to get used to.


Will this plant protein powder taste like a shake?

Anytime is fine. Since we use real coffee powder (not flavours), some people prefer consuming this during the day.

When can I consume this?

Our plant protein is naturally dairy-free and has no soy added, so many people with lactose intolerance or soy sensitivities may find it suitable. But everyone’s tolerance is different, so it depends on the individual.

Can people with food sensitivities use plant protein?
