Can I put hot liquids in this shaker?
Not recommended. It’s built for cold or room temperature drinks.
Does it come with a mixing ball/whisk?
No, but we do ship out a spring ball with our Whey Protein that you can use with this shaker.
How should I clean the shaker?
Hand wash is recommended using dish soap, make sure to get the bits that stick to the inside edges. Avoid using a steel scrub.
What can I use it for?
Protein, BCAA, creatine, collagen, or just water - mixes smooth, works for all.
