Not recommended. It’s built for cold or room temperature drinks.

No, but feel free to use it with one if your protein powder comes with a mixing ball.
How should I clean the shaker?
Hand wash is recommended using dish soap, make sure to get the bits that stick to the inside edges. Avoid using a steel scrub.
