What is preorder and when will I get my pack?
This is a limited pre-order batch. We’ll ship after 14 days once the first batch is manufactured, and all tests are cleared. You’ll get email updates at every step - testing, approval, dispatch.
What if a batch fails a test?
It doesn’t ship. We hold every batch until it clears all 7 tests. If even one report is flagged, that batch is rejected, no matter the cost. That’s non-negotiable.
